렌트 시 주의사항 Precautions for rentals

• 한복 렌트 기간은 기본 3박4일입니다 – 10분부터 4일까지는 가격이 동일 합니다.
• The basic period of Hanbok rent is three nights and four days. Rental prices are the same from 10 minutes to 4 days.
• 3박 4일 한복 렌트기간엔 픽업날과 리턴날이 포함됩니다.
• The four-day rental period includes pickup and return dates.
• 고객 상황에 따라 대여 기간은 조정 가능합니다.
• Adjusting the rental period is always possible for customers in other states or depend on situations
• 디파짓은 환불되지 않습니다 / Deposit is not refundable.
• 단순 변심에 의한 변경이나 고객의 요청으로 다시 피팅을 할 경우 추가 피팅 비용 1인 1회에 $20이 추가 됩니다.
• Additional fittings (Change or Try it on again after fitting) may incur additional $ 20 fittings costs.
• 모든 배송비는 고객 부담입니다.
• All shipping charges are on the customer.
• 한복리턴날을 넘길시 패널티 가격이 발생함을 알려드립니다.
• Penalty will be incurred when passing the return day.
• 한복 훼손시에는 일정비용을 부담해야 할 수 있습니다.
• You may have to pay a certain amount of money if you damage the Hanbok.
• 한복을 입을 때에는 꼭 속치마를 입으셔야 이쁘게 입을 수 있습니다.
• Hanbok must wear Petticoat.

맞춤시 주의사항 Precautions for Custom-Made order

• 사진은 모니터 혹은 인쇄품질에 따라 실제 색상과 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
• The actual color may differ from the picture depending on the monitor specifications or print quality.
• 한복원단은 원단마다 조금의 색상 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 특히 천연염색일 경우 차이가 더 클 수 있습니다.
• There may be some color differences depends on each fabric roll. The difference may be greater, especially if it is a natural dye.
• 한복은 특성상 주문후에 취소가 불가능 함을 미리 공지해드립니다.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
• 디파짓은 환불되지 않습니다 / Deposit is not refundable.
• 고객 변심에 의한 환불, 교환은 불가능 합니다.
• No exchange or refund due to ‘change-of-mind’ purchases
• 한복 제작 기간은 최소2주부터 최대8주까지 소요될 수 있습니다.
• Producing Hanbok may take minimum 2 weeks to maximum 8 weeks.
• 한복을 입을 때에는 꼭 속치마를 입으셔야 이쁘게 입을 수 있습니다.
• Hanbok must wear Petticoat.
